SOLA Systems was founded by coach, cultural activator and artist Louisa Shaeri in April 2020, to help cognitively distinct culture creators and change makers realise the transformative value they bring, and thereby transform our world.
UNMASKING UNSCHOOL ran under various names from 2020-2024. Groundbreaking in it's time, it offered a sanctuary and practice ground for autistic and audhd creatives, to self-define beyond the normalcy of past contortions and projections, and with knowledges that emerged from within [self-] connection.
The UNMASKING UNSCHOOL PODCAST documents some of the liberatory thinking and practices that were honed through 1000s of hours of coaching people through a journey of self becoming.
V A L O R I Z E is the subsequent project by Louisa Shaeri, intended to name, language and offer mentoring in a powerful, underlying methodology used by visionaries, artists, facilitators, culture workers, creatives, change agents, future designers…
who embody a unique point of view / cognitive difference / epistemic invisibility,
to successfully realise unprecedented, change-making / culture-shifting work, while being well resourced.
This is vocational belonging work; the emancipation of inner resources from extractive systems.
